Motivating Event for your team or
staff.- Team Up, Inc. We will bring our team to your school
campus or alternative site and lead a motivating, fun event.
This is an excellent way to start the season or give your team a
playoff push.

Each event includes a pre event meeting to determine your
needs.

Choose between a Survivor event or Amazing Race, which will
include three different components. Teams will try and get
points for their specific team and awards will be handed out
at the end.

Each team will have to communicate, work out problems and
learn the keys to teamwork and success.

utilize a letter to yourself and two exercises from the
Coaches Motivational Playbook.

Session- We will utilize the best materials possible to lead

Inventory to determine individual strengths and weaknesses
of each coach. This will be an excellent tool in figuring
out the best roles for each Coach as well as how to get
along better. This will also be very helpful in identifying
and motivating your athletes.

We will explore the V.I.C.T.O.R.Y. system for delivering a
true team.

We will also give you team building exercises you can use
with you team during the season.

On Site Speeches and Interactive
Sessions- A Team Up, Inc representative will come to your
coaching School or any occasion and give a 30-45 minute
motivational, entertaining speech. This will be an original
presentation covering many of the topics included in this
website with special emphasis on teamwork and building
character. Each topic includes interactive exchanges and fun
exercises.

Confidential Letter to themselves- The best form of
motivation is inspiration which comes from within. Each player
will receive this letter which has blanks for them to fill in;
these blanks allow them to make personal commitments to the team
and to the coaching staff as well as has them spell out their
personal goals. They sign the letter; self address an envelope,
seal it up inside and you the Coach mails it when they need a

and Evaluation form- Every player needs to have specific
goals before and during the season. This form was originally
designed by Wichita Falls High School Coaching staff and is an
excellent way to evaluate body size, strength and speed. It
also gives insight into their aptitude in ability, desire,
