Team Up, Inc offers Teachers and Coaches a number of resources to help motivate your team and players. These sessions can last anywhere between 1 and three hours.

1. Staff Development Session- We will utilize the best materials possible to lead you staff. We will help you understand.
• Today’s young students including what they want and need. Generation Y is completely different than other generations and this training will help you to understand why but more importantly how to reach them.
• D.i.S.C. personality Inventory

Inventory to determine individual strengths and weaknesses of each staff member. This will be an excellent tool in figuring out the best roles for each Coach as well as how to get along better. This will also be very helpful in identifying and motivating your athletes.

• We will explore the V.I.C.T.O.R.Y. system for delivering a true team.
• We will also give you team building exercises you can use with you team during the season.

1. School In service Event for your teachers. -Team Up, Inc. We will come to your school campus or alternative site and lead a motivating, fun event. This is an excellent way to truly learn about the kids you teach and coach.

§  Each event includes a pre event meeting to determine your needs.

§  Choose between a Survivor event or Amazing Race, which will include three different components. Teams will try and get points for their specific team and awards will be handed out at the end.

§  Each team will have to communicate, work out problems and learn the keys to teamwork and success.

§  We will also cover: the six key elements to every team, utilize a letter to yourself and two exercises from the Coaches Motivational Playbook.

    2. Student Leadership session- What better way to challenge and develop leadership in your students than by    having a challenging session suited just for them!
