A. “Sell Smarter” - an original sales seminar that is anything but traditional.

After 120 seminars it is clear Sales people need to use their two best assets more to close deals: their brain and experience. The best way to close the sale is to come up with better options for the customer faster. Your team will learn how best to take care of the customer needs by asking better questions and listening to their response. Participants will learn to put into practice the F.I.N.D. method as well as to learn to work together to sell more

B. "The Company Way"

This is a totally customized session using your companies name as the backdrop for training. Recently we used this session with Regal Aviation and designed a session called C.R.E.W. U for staff training. C-stands for company values and goals, R stands for respect toward customers and colleagues, E stands for going the Extra Mile and W stands for Wowing the customers. Imagine what can we do with your company name to motivate the troops and keep them that way?

C. "How To Motivate The Troops and Keep Them Motivated"

Learn the four keys to how people are truly motivated as well as how to let go of the two main de motivators. The point is not to get people excited it is keeping them excited. In Getting More Out Of Less participants will learn about the three types of employees: the Under Achievers, the Plodders and the High Achievers. Participants will learn how to move the Under Achievers to the next level, how to increase the productivity of the Plodder and keep the High Achiever succeeding.

D. “Thinking To Win, Thinking and Problem Solving On the Job”

The ability to think well on your feet separates your best employees from O.K. workers. This session will help your team find ways to think faster and better. We will consider the F.I.N.D. method.

We will also have activities that show how thinking together is much more productive.
